We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot claim responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED RETURNS

If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown:
  • Contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
  • For Faulty or Damaged Goods your shipping costs will be refunded.
  • Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
  • Shipping charges will be waived on faulty/damaged items. 

EXCHANGES

  • Contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Any returned item must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or the packaging
  • Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale will incur shipping fees.
  • Refunds will not be issued for Change of Mind.
