We will redeliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are provided incorrectly or insufficiently. All shipping is at the customer's risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we are not responsible for parcels and packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays & peak times) will be processed and shipped within two business days.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All Standard and Express Post Parcels will be shipped via Australia Post.
You will be issued with a tracking number via email when your order has been dispatched and left our store.
LARGE ITEMS AND FREIGHT
For large items, prints, mirrors, furniture and lamps we do our best to source a courier quote for you at a competitive price after the purchase. Please contact us if you would like an indication of cost prior to purchase.
